▶ 도어락 사용방법

도어락 키패드(검은 부분)를 손으로 터치 

⇨ 키패드에 숫자가 보이면 “비밀번호(4자리) + *” 누르기 

⇨ 도어락 손잡이 돌려서 열기

★ 출입카드를 도어락에 절대로 태깅하지 마세요.

Touch the number screen(black part) with your palm 

⇨ Numbers will appear

⇨ Press the “Password(4 digits) + *” 

⇨ Turn the handle to open the door

★ Please DO NOT TAG the keypad with the Entrance card

▶출입카드 사용방법

1. 출입카드 사용 장소

 - E-House: 건물 출입문 및 스피드게이트 

 - 한우리집: 101동 1층 출입문 (식당만 이용 가능/스피드게이트 사용 불가)

2. 출입통제시간: 0:00~5:00(대학원생 제외)

3. 출입통제시간 기숙사 귀가 시 아래 출입문 이용할 것(지각 벌점 0.5점 부과) 

 - 200동대 사생은 201동 지하1층 출입문 

 - 300동대 사생은 301동 2층(로비층) 출입문 (단, 대학원생은 벌점 부과 없음)

 ※ 대학원생의 경우 학기 초 출입카드를 이용한 출입 시 학부생과 동일하게 위의 방법으로 출입해야 함. 단, 학생증에 출입권한이 부여된 이후에는 학생증으로 다른 출입문 이용 가능.

4. 출입카드 반납

 - 학생증에 기숙사 출입권한이 부여된 이후 및 반납 안내 문자 수신 후에는 입사 시 받은 출입카드를 반드시 반납해주시기 바랍니다. 
 - 출입카드 분실 및 훼손 시 비용 청구되며 늦은 반납 혹은 미반납은 벌점 부여 대상이 됩니다. 

▶How to use the Entrance Card

1. Locations Where Entrance Cards Are Used

 - E-House: Accessible at main gates of buildings and speed gates

 - Hanwoori: Accessible only at the main gate of building 101 (access only granted to the cafeteria / cannot go through speedgates)

2. Curfew Hours: 24:00(midnight) ~ 05:00(excluding graduate students)

3. Returning During Curfew Hours:

 -Residents of the 200s buildings: Use the B1 entrance of Building 201

 -Residents of the 300s buildings: Use the 2nd-floor(lobby-level) entrance of Building 301 (Note: As graduate students are not subjected to curfew, they are not subjected to penalty points for lateness either)

 ※ For graduate students, when entering with an entrance card at the beginning of the semester, you must enter using the same method as undergraduate students. 

     However, after access rights are granted to your student ID, you can use your student ID to enter through other entrances.

4. Returning the Entrance Card

 - After access rights are granted to your student ID card and after you receive a message from the dormitory, please return the entrance card. 

 - Please note that associated fees will be charged when you lose or damage the entrance card. Furthermore, late return or not returning the card can be subjected to penalty points.

▶출입카드 사용방법

1. 출입카드 사용 장소

 - 한우리집: 건물 출입문 및 스피드게이트

 - E-HOUSE: 202동 지하2층  출입문 및 204동 옆 외곽 출입문(산학협력관/테니스장 방향)

2. 출입통제시간: 0:00~5:00

3. 출입통제시간 기숙사 귀가 시 아래 출입문 이용할 것(지각 벌점 0.5점 부과) 

 - 101동 1층 주차장쪽 턴게이트 쪽문(로비 택배 보관 공간)

4. 출입카드 반납

 - 학생증에 기숙사 출입권한이 부여된 이후 및 반납 안내 문자 수신 후에는 입사 시 받은 출입카드를 반드시 반납해주시기 바랍니다. 
 - 출입카드 분실 및 훼손 시 비용 청구되며 늦은 반납 혹은 미반납은 벌점 부여 대상이 됩니다.

 - E-House: Accessible at main gate of building 202 floor B2, outer entrance next to building 204(Research Cooperation Building / Tennis Courts Direction) 

2. Curfew Hours: 24:00(midnight) ~ 05:00

3. Returning During Curfew Hours:

 - Use the small entrance near the parking lot of building 101(Lobby package storage area) 

4. Returning the Entrance Card

 - After access rights are granted to your student ID card and after you receive a message from the dormitory, please return the entrance card. 

 - Please note that associated fees will be charged when you lose or damage the entrance card. Furthermore, late return or not returning the card can be subjected to penalty points.
